Security Policy
Under the business vision of “aiming to become a healthcare infrastructure company through the digitalization of health information,” Value HR Co., Ltd and its group companies (collectively “we,” “our,” or “us”) recognize the importance of information security and will conduct business in a continuous and stable manner, building a solid relationship of trust with all stakeholders by managing information correctly and securely.
We have established the following policy regarding the handling of information necessary for business operations.
In addition, based on this policy, we have established rules for information security which we will communicate thoroughly to all officers, employees, contract employees, temporary employees, etc. (collectively the “Employees”), and will take proactive measures to appropriately manage all information.
In order to achieve this purpose, all of our Employees assume responsibility for the implementation of that policy in accordance with their respective roles, and shall respect and comply with the policy.

We will establish an information security management regime led by management to address all risks related to information security, and continuously make improvements.

We will establish and comply with management rules concerning information security.

We will implement appropriate control measures based on risk assessment to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.

We provide education and training to all Employees to raise awareness of the importance of information security and to impart the skills necessary for the secure management of information.

We comply with relevant laws and regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
